Today Doribeth and I had a spa day. We had a free trial card that included an aqua-massage and a shiatsu session!
The aqua-massage was great! It looks like a sun bed, but you have to lay down on your stomach and your back is massaged by powerful water swashes without you getting wet at all! During the course of the massage the water goes from lukewarm to warm and back. All in all a very enjoyable experience!
After the spa, we had some lunch at Wayne's Coffee. They've really got a great chicken focaccia and raspberry smoothie at great prices. Lovely day!
