This past weekend Rune, my mother-in-law and I have been to Bergen to surprise my sister-in-law for her birthday. We did make a reservation at the best restaurant in the city called "1877". We arrived there fifteen minutes earlier and she had no idea we were there so imagine her face when she saw us!
This restaurant was amazing. Both the food, the presentation and the service were fail free. It was a five-course meal that includes a wine package. I loved it!
