Hi! On Wednesday we visited Vilanova i la Geltrú. For those who don't know, my parents are selling their house in Esparreguera and are moving to this town. Their new apartment will be finished in a month or two - hence the lack of pictures. It is a four-bedroom beach apartment and it's quite big! We got to go inside and see how the construction is going.
Vilanova is very different from where they live now. It has palm trees, a shore line, beaches and a maritime harbor.
The town has a handful of small hotels, but it is not a tourist destination itself. I think my family will thrive here. There is an ideal balance between shops and tranquility that makes this town a perfect place to wander around.
