Hi! This weekend we've been having a taste of local food. Rune got this kit from work, with farm products from Inderøy. There is local toast bread, Feta cheese, smoked salmon, blue cheese, moose sausage, Camembert cheese and berry marmalade. The Camembert and the Feta cheese were my favorite!
We also had halibut fillet from Frøya, which we get delivered directly to our house through a fish delivery business. The fish is frozen right after being caught and is conveniently packed in sets of 4. Our freezer is stocked for a while with several types of fish and fish burgers.
The weather this weekend has not been the greatest, with periods of sun and rain. So we've just been walking with Leander around the neighborhood and eating.
