Hello everyone! Ahhh autumn is the best season! And it also happens to be the start of Fårikål season! Fårikål is Norway's national dish, and it's basically a lamb and cabbage stew. 

After two hours of slowly damping this is what it looks like:

I was so excited to eat the fårikål that I forgot to take a picture of the finished dish, so this one is from the internet, but this is what it looks like. It is also customary to have a cold draft beer and some aquavit with this dish, but Rune and I don't drink during the week...
