It's that time of the year again. Today I was feeling slightly better so I wrapped Christmas presents and ate "lefser" made by my mother-in-law. "Lefser" is a Christmas snack typical from Northern Norway, and it's filled with a thin layer of butter, sugar and cinnamon.
