Hi everyone! Lately we've noticed that Leander wakes up more often during the night. This might be because he hasn't learnt how to self soothe and go back to sleep. So far I've been nursing him until he dozed off and now he "needs" the nursing to go to sleep. This is the reason why I am trying to teach him how to calm himself down and zzz without my help, but as with everything it takes time, practice and patience!
Yesterday Maria and Johannes had lunch at home with us. It sure is nice to have visits at home so that I don't need to stress so much. I have everything I need with me at all times and Leander doesn't get as distracted.
