I am trying to learn new recipes lately and this one is a new favorite at home! Leander liked it too. It's a lentil and chorizo casserole. It has lentiles, chickpeas, chorizo, onion, garlic, pepper, tomato sauce, chicken broth and coriander. Mmmm! 😋
